"Only?" He (the driver who caused the Nebraska crash) was not under the influence of any substance he was just running over the HOS. This guy on the other hand was doped up and got 11 years. Something is wrong here.

don't think that was enough time but what is a human life really worth the people that sentenced him got it wrong.this is one of the main reasons why the people in suits is on our backs with all he stupid rules they have to tell us to take a nap (really!!!!)it takes one idiot to mess everything upI would hear drivers talking among themselves at truck stops and the ones that drive for the company I did they would often talk about me because I had elog trk the main comment was "if I couldn't run paper I would quit trucking" I would hear how many miles they ran cheating on paper 2600,2700 one bragged because he got 3300 me being the humble person I was to people in the trucking business longer than me I didn't want to burst their bubble when I told them I averaged 2700-3600 every week with elog trk. I just smiled was like OK!!!!! gone keep running illegal im goanna do it with the elog trk and get more miles legal

He just got his hand slapped. He'll be out in 5-6 years trying to figure out how to pay for all the lawsuits.
