Try to always hook up your own set when possible. Always take down the number of the dollys that you use. The veteran drivers will be grabbing the good con-gear with the good tires and brakes.
KW Cajun and blairandgretchen Thank this. -
I hope that I can also drive that,

Once you have been trained how to safely and securely hook and unhook the trailers, they're very easy to manipulate, even for new drivers. Remember - none of this is rocket science, it just requires attention to details and patience.KW Cajun Thanks this.

I'm guessing it would be called "dropped my hook".

I wonder how far down the highway he got, before that moment where he said "Oh shxt! That's my assss!".
I wouldn't be surprised if he made it to his destination terminal like that, and if so,
I'd love to see the expression on his face if he was asked as he pulled in, "Hey where's your kite?".Big Don and CenutryClass Thank this. -
Haha that was a hook and drop.
KW Cajun Thanks this. -
He probably got so far as to realize he was losing air fast. That's when he looked in his mirrors
KW Cajun Thanks this. -
That's his passive agressive way of protesting not being paid extra for dropping a trailer.Last edited by a moderator: May 9, 2015
