15 bucks is what knight would have had to offer initially to take over. If they raise their bid to 15 bucks then yes it will tick to 15 maybe a little more. It won't get there on fundamentals just like it hasn't gotten where its at on fundamentals. USA is under even more pressure to finally turn a profit than they were last year.

IE: Such as in baseball a WHIP ratio is a stupid ratio that nobody really cares about. Touting paying off 5 Million in debt from a 150 mil debt load is something out of Cliffs book. Trying to divert investors away from the thing that really matters. I give him a pass one time since it is a turn in the right direction. However with a reported 8 grand in cash they could borrow that 5 mil they just paid off in the next quarter. When the cash goes up and the debt goes down then it is truly a step in the right direction.
