Last I heard they didn't have one. They paid you back for training that YOU attained at a school that met their requirements.

Have a look st the Schneider threads.

You pay your own way through private school and they'll hire you on as an inexperienced driver. They will then pay back the tuition to you at $150/month until it's either paid off or you leave.

Thats an untaxed 150 up to 6K now. when I got hired in it was 3500 for the job I was hired for. That 150 can come in handy in between checks, especially early on. Will most often show up on your "hire day" of each month. Sometimes though it doesnt hit DD til one or two days after but it has always showed up.

Submit a copy of the loan agreement with the school or the paid in full receipt to your temporary solo DBL. You will get that back up to 6k. For 3500 its 23.49 months to pay it back by way of comparison. AT 6k thats 40 months or 3 1/2 years til its paid off, so to speak. You are not bound to them in any way and can leave when you want with no penalty for monies already paid. What it amounts to is SNI helping you establish a good credit history or maintaining one, as long as the money is used wisely for loan repayment.

My bro went to School thru Schneider and had to work a year to pay it back. Said it was a good gig, good terminals, lots of Texas Frt in winter and he went to Royal after that. Hauls grape juice and garbage now.
