I spoke with those guys, they seemed pretty decent, at least on the phone. What part of NJ do you work out of? I am about a half hour west of philly. They told me that they are working on getting freight out of CSX in philly, and that's where I would work. Do you have to go to the ports at all?

Comtrak has a terminal in Harrisburg on Industrial Rd. They handle more freight than the Bensalem terminal. Run out of both Harrisburg NS yards, the NS Greencastle yard, the NS Bethlehem yard and once in a while, the Taylor rail yard.

I loaded a 40 ft container on my flatbed Friday in Memphis at IMCG and noticed a flyer by the driver's window - "Competetive Pay $1.10 loaded $.85 empty" and mentioned fuel surcharge but no formula so you could only hope you get a proper fuel surcharge.

I felt sorry for those guys in there after I saw that. Those are 1980s rates.
