    I'm a 35 year old male, but I've teamed with 3 other men and I'm done with it. It makes for too much testosterone / stupidity in the truck.
    I'm a very clean, organized, open minded and logical guy. I can't deal with bad drivers, really loud people, slobs or control freaks. A woman seems to be the best bet for me. lol

    I currently already have a team driver on my truck, but he'll be quitting in a week and that leaves me without a team driver.
    This company is the absolute best company I could find, and I did a LOT of research before choosing a second company.
    I would reaaaallllly hate to leave the company. They're great.

    Here are the pros and cons spoken from a driver with first hand experience:

    COMPANY:
    Quest Global
    Cartersville, GA

    PROS:
    * Unlimited time off (You can't take off the whole year obviously, but this is 90% true) (I run 21 days out, 7 days off)
    * .51 cents per mile (Split? Ya, I guess. I don't get that question. You get paid for the miles that you drive, not the miles your partner drives.... it's .51 cents a mile)
    * Benefits: Yes
    * Truck: 2014 freightliner cascadia
    * Pets ok (I don't bring pets out)
    * BIG mile loads. Dedicated route, basically. Loads going back and forth from Georgia to California. Once in a great while you might have to do a load to Washington State from Georgia and back. (And, just a few short loads here and there when you get back from home time.)
    * People are very nice :)
    * Vehicles are safe behind security gates
    * lots more!

    CONS:
    * Team driver only
    * Requires 6 months experience (but I only had 3 months when I came on, so they're willing to work with you)
    * Good luck getting your truck washed unless you threaten someone hahahaha
    * Mechanics are idiots and there's just a few of them
    * Communication is really bad, #### near every load needs to be fixed
    * It's refrigerated, meaning grocery warehouses, be prepared to wait half a day to be loaded or unloaded.
    * Can't take trucks home in Georgia.
    * Loads can be max'd out on weight a lot of the time.

    I have a VIP card at Planet fitness all over the country. You are allowed to be my guest unlimited times which includes showers.
    Expect healthy home cooked meals to come soon. That's my project. No more truck stop food if you don't want it.
    Lots more to tell, but I REALLY NEED SOMEONE RIGHT AWAY BEFORE I HAVE TO MOVE ON!!!!

    Please contact me immediately, I promise, it's a great opportunity!
    Thanks, Scott

    I hope you find a team driver!

    Me and my hubby are looking at Quest once we get a little experience in, we just graduated cdl school.

    Is Quest a reefer only company? Hubby doesn't really want to do reefer because of the wait times.

    Don't let load times shy you away. What's on that W-2 is what matters. Sure you might spend a day unloading and loading but you have 2400+ miles of rolling in between.

    If I was married and teaming I would give this company a closer look. It looks like the potential of making more than the average driver is there.

    Ditto! I would certainly look into them, I'm not teaming anytime soon! But if I was I'd do it in a minute, those sound like good miles and pay, The home time is good as well. Good Luck.

    SWM in search of female driver. Must love tarp folding and long walks around the pee soaked truckstop. Must be sexually expressive in the sleeper berth, and suitably flirty with the DOT. Looking for a lady that is both a loner, but also enamored with all the sites and smells that come from living in close proximity to me. Applicants that can look sexy laying under a trailer checking brakes go to the front of the line.

    I'm just messing around - good luck on finding a team driver.
