    It's tough to see for sure but at 1:36 it looks like a bluish truck on the other side has pulled sideways across the lanes to block motorists not smart enough to not motor into/through the effective range of an obvious mortar barrage.

    Right after the collision and first explosion you can see the trucker running toward the median.

    Pretty amazing to see all the folks hanging around close to the explosions until they finally figure out that's not a good idea.
