87 cents is what you get to keep, take 2.50 and subtract .87 from it and what you get $1.63 what your operation money is (fuel, truck payment, insurance). That's how it works and any money leftover from that gets saved in your escrow that you van withdraw cash from at anytime you need. That's how it works.

Not the first time I got this but here is the last trip and no we've been running like this for the past twenty years. Yes we don't use electronic logs and run good old fashioned style where we change up our log books and run long time not everything is legal on hours the last trip was sent to Oxnard ca about two hours away from me on Thursday. Got loaded friday bit I told them not to put a time on the papers and I emptied one drop in Bedford heights ohio at 2:30 am today and the other in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania at 7 am. When it's the dash for cash dumb hour rules don't matter. I pick up my back haul tonight and I will be back home in Cali by Thursday. If everything was to go legal trucking would be nothing but delays forever. I am a solo driver who has done team loads by myself I have been driving for 21 accident free years. But this company is unbeatable in there pay and I did get about 5 or 6 hours of sleep a day. Running 20 or 16 hours one of the days while I am going or coming back is normal because there are time when I have 5 days to deliver but only 3 to come back. I hope your stinko meter came back down there driver. Life is full of ups and downs but determination results in a big paycheck and nobody forces you to do it like me and my family you can be my cousin who goes back after a week at a time. Including that the company pays for all pre pass on every truck and for every toll so don't be so scared and they are very kind people and never force you to drive extra I like to do that because I'm used to and is my sleep. You can take your time but except to be seen as a rookie in their eyes.

When the dot starts to crack down on any dumb drivers that get caught because they decided to keep on going when they should have stopped for a break. They simply change the company name. It gets annoying to head back in and change all of your stickers every few months but there pay and other thing like paying for your toll and installing a pre pass that they pay for on your truck and a $150 everyday that you have to sit because you weren't given a load. Yea it pays off.

are you trolling or are you serious? Listen. 6000 miles a week for a solo is A LOT. That's a Lot of illegal running, which after so long will kill you, not to mention others if they're unlucky enough to be riding around you at the moment.

    rocknroll81 Thanks this.

Andrus out of St. George is not a good company to work for. They pretend to take care of their equipment. They rely on their drivers to fix their junk. I know I was stupid enough to fall for their family values pitch
