It can be done easily. You have over 13 hrs to drive about 475 miles, counting your pickup and the Atlanta loop. With an average speed of 50 mph, it will take 9.5 hrs drive time. Hopefully you won't have a long unload time and be stuck at receiver, but the load can be done legally. Personally I'd drive all I could today and knock out the rest after midnight, but that's me.

I would do it, let him know how much time you have, if you get held up, let them deal with re-powering the load. You can only do the best you can

if you cant run up against your 70 A LOT
you will be sitting in TS's doing needless resets
last year on elogs I didn't do a reset for over 100 days
then I decided that was too much Forrest Gump
    and I needed a life

    Lepton1 Thanks this.

That's plenty of time to pick up the load and getnit there. Just don't jack around and keep that left door closed. It can be done with no problem. Only thing to worry about is how long the unload takes. In such a case I would run it all the way to the shipper, spend the night, get up bump the dock an you should have an hour or better to get to a TS to shut down for break.
I would round it up to about 430 miles then divide it by 55mph (worst case) which will put you at 8 hours. I would divide 55mph for traffic and breaks, and 58 for just traffic/reduced speed limits. Like I said, keep that door shut and you can make it. If you don't feel comfortable with it then tell your dispatch you will pick the load if they can reschedule later on that day.
