Interested h&w teams

I have been trying to find information about this all other the place and thought I would share. I initially called Schneider for the train your spouse program and found out he would have to be with them 30 days first. I called back later to ask more questions and learned quite a bit more.

Orientation is 18 days/80.00 a day
WK 1 classroom
WK 2 OTR training
WK 3 classroom

The train your spouse is so they can pick you up for that week of OTR.

Come to find out...

If your spouse is exp, they can through the whole process with you from day one and ride with you in the truck with the trainer for that week of OTR training. After the three week process you head out together as a team. This was exciting to me for the simple fact we did not want to be split up. This may not be for everyone but I know there are others in my situ looking for this info!
