prosport doesnt have or hire recruiters nor am I. Just a trucker here trying to give some good advice on a good company. If that hurts your feelings then simply disregard. And yes a trucker is happy when his company takes care of him or her. As for a steering wheel holder well im sure you can relate.. No matter what happens theyre never satisfied.
For truckers this isnt a job its a lifestyle and all we want out of it is decent pay and respect as a hardworking part of the company. That is what we get at prosport and of all the other companies ive worked at last 10 years the only other company that came close was schneider national back when Don Schneider himself ran it. -
More proof you're talking out your ###. You can't even click a couple buttons to confirm your suspicions because you're too convinced of your omniscience.

Yea alright man. You win I lose. Your company is the best yay. Now move on with your life. -
idk where I ever claimed that. Stop projecting.

I'm glad it is somehow working out for you but for most it doesn't. As a matter of fact I was talking to my accountant today and he said the companies that pay drivers on 1099 are getting away with murder. You have no unemployment insurance, don't pay into Social Security, no health insurance, no 401k etc. They do it not to help you out but to save themselves a ton of money by not doing business the right way.TruckDuo Thanks this.

We are a new team at W&S...
we didn't want to be seperated during training for two months. We wanted to go through school, training, everything..together as a team.
Also, at W&S you get a day off for every 6 days your out. They've never been late about getting us home for our hometime. You can bank roll your days off too. There is a $100 bonus if you stay out longer than two weeks. Lots of other bonuses you can earn also.
Pet friendly.
Most terminal to terminal and drop and hook runs for teams. They want teams to run 6,000 miles per week.
The automatic trucks are very nice.
They do not bother you while on the road.
We have yet to be sent to look for a trailer.
No NYC!!! (a biggie in our decision making) -
Watkins & Shepard denied us due to our school not being on their "preferred" list. Sucks, but oh well. The search continues.

I'm sorry to hear that... that sucks.
