    The sign actually has 13' posted but the tree limbs make it look like 18' from a distance. He's not yet a driver either.

    A double edge sword situation - The driver was trying to solve one problem, only to end up having another (perhaps equally) bad problem occur. The driver was caught between a rock and a heartbeat.

    Also, the driver is EXTREMELY lucky that both the truck and the trailer did NOT flip or roll over, potentially hurting or killing himself or anybody else around him.
