We are a small (15 trucks), family-owned trucking company based in Rutherfordton, NC. We are looking for over-the-road drivers. Drivers will be generally out for up to two weeks at a time although weekly home time can perhaps be arranged in certain situations. Work is primarily refrigerated trailers although we also operate dry vans.
Class A CDL, OTR experience with 53 trailers, hazmat and tanker endorsements are required. TWIC credentials are a plus.
We operate quality equipment, treat our drivers fairly and pay them well. We don't allow smoking in our trucks, our facilities or at customer facilities.
Solo drivers earn either 42 cents per mile or 21% of the entire rate for the load (linehaul and FSC) which is comparable to 28% of the linehaul only (for comparison purposes with other carriers' percentage pay). Teams earn 23%. At these rates, our solo drivers typically earn between $55,000 and $65,000 per year.
If interested, please email with info on your driving experience, driving record and availability. We will put you in touch with current drivers to discuss how things really work.
We also are looking for owner/operators who are interested in leasing on with us and pulling our trailers.
Please call if you have any questions.

Attention employers: We now require a valid DOT# for anyone wishing to post a driving position. If your job offer doesn't contain a DOT number, it will not get past moderation and will not appear in the forum. The other requirements in the sticky at the top of this section are still required as well. Thank you for understanding.

Hi Josh,
Where do you run? I live in S Illinois & looking to get back on the road. I went through 3 trucks of my own at the last co I was with. -
Carolinas to IL, IN, OH, MI, PA, AR, TX primarily

Sorry I have to ask.....Why would you need a tanker endorsement to run the trailers you said you run?
-
We frequently haul various liquid containing containers/totes in vans and reefers. If they contain more than 119 gallons individually then you must have your tank endorsement.
Trish in SC Thanks this. -
what kind of runs do your teams make?
Chinatown Thanks this. -
Sorry for the delay. Teams can run to ID, WA or OR and back and/or we have runs to Texas
