To you men who say women can't back...

No save....I just had to tell what was on my heart lol

 

Men have better spacial skills that help in things like backing. Women are better in language skills to help convince men how they can do everything we do just as good.

The truth is revealed in how many men vs women choose and stick with a particular job. Almost all the women I observe in a truck are just riding with their man. Very few women drivers. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Thank God for that!

Im gonna be honest here, in just the 7 months that I've been driving I've seen women and men have plenty trouble backing up, or maybe just driving in general, I'm not saying I'm perfect because I'm not by a long shot, but if I see ANYONE having trouble backing I get out if my truck to help, it just happens that there are WAY less female drivers than males. I really don't understand the point if making a post to say "WOMEN CAN BACK UP TOO!....IT JUST TAKES LONGER" well, good.. I'd hope so because after all you do have your cdl CLASS A. So backing is a requirement.

maybe men should be the ones doing the backing and the women doing the driving since 99% of the accidents that kill families involve men feeding their own egos by riding on the tail-end of 4-wheelers

 

Of course you're a student. Better do more research. The vast majority of tractor-trailer with 4 wheeler accidents are the fault of the four wheeler. And yeah, the truckers involved are men, because most truckers are men. . Your logic, it's failing.

being from the old school era,here is a old school answer, comments like that make me want to stick my finger down my mouth and barf. who really gives a crap as long as the truck gets backed to the dock. come on people its not a contest, its a job and not a very good one at that. i know i am not being political correct i dont really care. in my time i have seen some really great women drivers and some really poor ones,the same thing can be said about the male drivers. and if any of the male drivers want to test me on my driving skills come drive the north slope with me this winter. it just really rubs me the wrong way that some of the male drivers make a judgement call about women drivers and they dont even know them. be safe out there
