system retart while driving

I have a 2011 freightliner cascadia DD15 and it has been doing all kinds of weird things. The most recent problem is the truck will restart it self while driving without stalling, it does it mostly in the mornings after I have warmed up the truck to normal operation temperatures, within 30 miles of driving it starts acting weird. All the light will come on with beeping sounds then the entire control panel and dials would restart just like how it does it when you first turn your keys to start the truck but it does it while im driving and it doesnt cut off power tho, just a sudden restart and it will come back on its own and able to continue driving. There is also no any type of code or CEL illuminated for reference, after probably the first initial 30 miles of driving every morning then it will be pretty stabilized and able to drive few hundred mile with no problembs, but come the next morning after a whole night of cooling, it will do the samething again. Does anybody else have this problem or can some one please advise me what this could possibly be? Thanks alot

 

the engine does not jerk and no fault codes at all

 

no, never touched it with my knee. it just does it randomly and it actually cut off power this morning

 

thats what im guessing too but when i first bought the truck the tech had to replace a wiring harness behind the dash and said that was the cause, it stopped doing it for a few weeks and its doing it again now
