    Up on 55 yesterday, the NB was open. I got red-lighted on my PrePass, so I was pulling in when both a straight truck and a container went around me in the middle lane. I knew the container didn't have PP, but I suspect I know why he went around. Could have been that rag he had sticking out of his right side fuel tank in place of an actual cap....Gawd, there's a lot of junk running around up here....

    90% of the time I get the green light. Chicago scale don't seem to care just pulled in drivers to make them look busy. Pulled me in once and let me go but got overweigh in Wisconsin. Hmm

    I've always been curious, what is the ticket for? I've heard it's for 'Failure to obey a traffic control device' or something along the lines of running a traffic light.
