For 133?? PA will arrest you on the spot. Anything over 30 mph plus is automatic suspension and criminal charges. At least it used to be.

 

Sure kiss your license goodbye for a bit. Jail time for only excessive speed no way. We aren't commiefornia lol, you maybe cuffed and stuffed to back seat , but no jail time and never was and presently like that lol

around here, most likely the copper would try to give a break " I reduced it too 25 over" which is laughable anyway. OT for the LEO if it heads to court. Plead guilty, quick monetary gain for the state. Both situations you are screwed and wasted your time and money.



Forgot to add: No way a local leo could say the exact speed , State troopers only run radar, Not many troopers out and about. PA is awesome

 

Not many on I-5 in NorCal tonight either. Kept my speed around 60-62. One passed and waved in one of those new Cali black and white SUVs. I always understood they could literally arrest you for excessive speed. Maybe I understood wrong.

 

I have only experience in a POV just to clarify. On the TP was playing with a BMW M5 for miles. On the citation about his location gunned us was several miles before he caught up. I hate to one up the OP, It was excessive at oh dark 30. I stopped the M5 didn't. He reduced to "25 over" and I paid the fine Under $200 lol. lost my license for 3 months. Screw it, I tell employers and they still hire me.

I got 85 in a 35 here in Nc and never lost my license or got jail time. I didnt have my cdl, and it was in 04.
