To answer your question you need the appropriate liquor permits for each state you travel through that requires it. If you are a company driver they will be in your permit book. Review each permit and make sure they are not expired. If one is, take the permit book into safety and have them update everything. On the road you can get a fax.
Some states require you list your point of entry and point of exit in their state. AR comes to mind. Just write your route down in your logbook remarks or even at the bottom of the BOL out of the way. That will cover any route/port issues. Also make sure the product has the appropriate tax stamp on it. No stamp, I doubt you'll see but could get you in big trouble if it was missing.ecoli Thanks this. -
