Finally after pushing and pushing they got me out today. Load up to York PA to be delivered tomorrow and a pick up in York tcalling in Richmond. I eat my words as they are getting me home. Took getting my terminal manager involved. Seems he has the pull to make things happen as he has done this in the past. On my way...
Seems like 666 miles is about the max in a governed truck.

Another option as Ms Jamie explainend would be to start your clocks at 2345 for 15 minute pretrip and drive your 11 hour clock as efficiently as possible (using as little of the 2.25 hours remaining as possible [perhaps even doing the split break to eliminate the 30 minute mandatory break] ) and doing a 10 hour break and driving again before midnite, you'd be up around 750 miles or better for the 24 hour period.
DocWatson Thanks this. -
Drivers with clean MVR's and PSP's can move about freely in the trucking Matrix at will. Especially if they are leaving a mega starter company named Swift. Any recruiter at any other company when you tell them you were at Swift and looking at the new company will tell you to say no more; the word Swift tells them everything they need to know about your interest in leaving Swift.
Many doors are open to you now. Just a thought but might consider looking for a fleet owner to drive for where you can book your own freight and never again have to rely on planners to start working you across the country. As long as you continue to be safe and productive (say 9000+ miles per month) you could take u a whole week off, nobody threatening to take your truck from you. -

There are a dozen companies in York that we pull for, and it could be any one of them. However, any time one of our surge drivers heads south for home time, it's usually C&D. One of the companies warehoused in ES3 is a distant second.
Maybe Doc will let us know where he picked up.DocWatson Thanks this. -
Actually I dropped at Unilever in York. No empty tho was sent to Graham for the empty.
Picking up at Church & Dwight.
You are absolutely right about the weight. My net was 45700 lbs. With me sitting in the truck my gross was 180 lbs over (I'm about 245 lbs). Moved my axles for poops and giggles to get it closer.
Had to wait for it to be reworked and my 14 ran Down. They said I couldn't park here. But Im here right now parked for the night regardless. Screw em.
I asked why they would load at nearly 46000. Blank states. My tank is exactly 1/2 too and this truck only holds about 150 gallons total unlike my old Prostar. -
And this C&D load is delivering in Alabama but im tcalling in Richmond

Stupid question... what does "T-Calling" mean?
