I don't know Road_runner, FXF is a good job. You probably should have tried it out and went back to Reddaway if you didn't like it. Cause we both know Reddaway would have taken you back. My Reddaway yard is busy here in so cal and I have told my TM I was quitting on 2 different occasions. Mainly spur of the moment stuff because I got pissed off but he always told me if it doesn't work out to give him a call so I can come back lol! Shows you just how hard it is for them to get good drivers anymore. Try that at UPS, FXF, ODFL, etc. I worked for UPFS for 8 days and left, I'm ineligible for rehire. Probably because I didn't give them a notice though.Shaggy and road_runner Thank this.

Main problem I had with FXF was that they keep a really tight leash on hours. Most drivers will never see more than 36 hours a week.
-
Well that definitely would not be enough if you're hourly. I'd want at least 50 hours a week.
-
45 hours would be plenty for me
-
I'd rather have 40 if they paid more hourly, but my place don't so i like 50.
-
That's 10 hours of my life I'll never get back hahaShaggy Thanks this.

my woman is in the 3rd year of a 4 1/2 year nursing program..I need 70 every week, plus the extra 2 for the short haul exemption.......when she graduates I'll be dead!!
-
Ya but after she has 1 year in as a nurse you can quit your job or at least work part time for a while and let her pay the bills. Seriously though, my wife is a cath lab nurse and she makes twice as much as me!
