Might have STAGGERED around the truck & trailer a few times figuring out how to get in the cab , he will have lots of FREE TIME to study up on PRE TRIP now that he is likely no longer employed

    HopperHauler Thanks this.

Well at least he was prepared with 2 "roadies" in his lunch pail.

Thank the stars he got nabbed.

There should be a law against this type of behavior...............Or, wait a minute, yes, we have laws. No laws or regulations will stop pieces of s like this guy. Instead, companies should focus on hiring people with good character and paying for that good character. I'd like to know the name of the company he worked for or the company he was leased onto. They should be made public and shamed. This guy obviously didn't take his responsibilities seriously and is lucky he didn't kill someone. Irresponsible actions like this are what make our job more difficult. The public cries for more regulation and Joe Politician answers. What a jerk!

How is it the companies fault if a driver does something stupid like drinking alcohol or using drugs on duty? This kind of thing happens all the time.
Its not just the trucking Industry that has problems like this. Every line of work there is has employees that have a substance abuse problem.
