Very busy here... this weekend will have some time and will catch up with the comments... and will post something... was in IN, then IL, then VA, then TN and now AR and tomorrow TX.... not sure if I am forgetting something or not... Oh well.. now at TA somewhere on I-40 AR... going to bed...

Windy frickin' day in Tejas. Did the '287 follies today. Had to brake hard for some ####### tanker yanker to let his stupid fool butt back in... decided to pass me on a blind hill, and almost got creamed in a head-on with a flatbed. Got to bring up the rear of the Lamar CO "Parade of Lights." Yeah... nothin' like taking an hour to get through that little burg. Made up for by a really good cheese burger from the Wiley CO truck stop.

Hey Iron... had you not let the tanker yanker back in... that could have been a terrible accident.... Oh man... But you did the right thing and at the end of the day you could count your blessings...

 

I am soooo glad to be back to not so cold weather... and no snow around here... After delivery in VA a couple days ago, rushed to TN for reload... was the first one in the morning... Parked at a TA in Earle, AR yesterday and the temp was nice... quite comfortable... Folks wearing t-shirts and shorts...

Started driving at 4 am central time today... did my groceries at WM in Malvern, AR and now I am back in Dallas, TX.... back at that congested FJ.... Oh well.... this is the closest truck stop to the receiver that I found... and it's free.... But I don't like this location much... Vagrants walking around, offering stuff, asking for money... Not going outside tonight... and will keep my curtains closed... and not opening my door to anybody...

 

Me too. Didn't touch my truck today but did do quite a bit of home stuff.
