GSTC.... A return

Doing good so far, dispatch has been good with getting me home and getting me miles, this crazy winter notwithstanding. Shop is as much as you can expect from a company shop, the new operations manager seems to have things running better, and they got new equipment coming in, I saw a couple of volvos with 12 speed autos and nicer interior, including more outlets and even a USB port for iPods. I'll probably be in this older volvo until it trades or they need it for a nedriver, they are also getting in some nice frieghtliner a and getting rid of the old ones. Now if I can get some good riding weather for when I'm home, it'll be better.

 

Just finally got parked... Finally got to experience some warmer weather, but that's coming to an end. The wind & frozen precipitation really kicked things i
up, and had to fight high crosswinds well into il... Come on spring, warm things back up!!!

 

well, it's been a while since I updated, but unfortunately, this ride with gstc had to come to an end, well sort of...its now part of Veriha Trucking. Basically I haven't left just driving the same color of truck, same crew , just a different name on the doors a bit more money, I guess ill know how it shakes out within the next few months,hopefully I can get through this sleep apnea testing or what ever it is I have to do so I can get back to at least a 1 year card, and get my rear end into better shape while I'm at it.
