    All I noticed was him messing with something up near the dash prior to the crash

    Makes for a good 'always wear your seat belt' video ...

    #1 reason truck drivers are killed in crashes is from being ejected and crushed ...

    The seat belt was not clicked in. He had it over his left shoulder only for 'looks'. There's no way you go through the windshield with a clicked in seatbelt.

    Too me it looks like the light for the truck was green. Or am I just seeing it wrong. But dude wear your seatbelt!

    The bus had a green light. It turned yellow just as he entered the intersection. Can't fault him from running that particular yellow light, but he was distracted with something else. Perhaps could have seen a vehicle in his peripheral vision if he was watching. Approaching a busy, controlled intersection is the WORST time to be fiddling with something else (distracted driving)
