You are correct on the steel threaded pins. They look like spring hanger pins. And wrapped around the cross shaft are rubber bushings as I explained. You could buy oversize bushings to install on the shaft IF it is not badly worn.

There is two models of the upgrade, one short wheelbase and one for longer wheelbase -
Upgraded mine to AG 400. 2 years ago. Love it!

I think the 400 suspension is about 400 pounds lighter than the early 8 bags. I do not know the difference on the 200s.
I have about 700k on the early 8 bags, and if they were adjusted properly, they rode good, otherwise you thought you had a H..... hard tail. -
Just found the AG400 replacements at a 'Stengel Bros' in Whitehall, PA, for about $1780.
I have a similar issue going on, a pin is worn and has movement, may be causing the wear on the drive tires, all are wearing on the inner inch .
There goes the maintenance fund! -
Loose wheel bearings can cause that as well.

Thanks - I was just about to start researching "Tire wear issues", when I saw that.
Need retightened, or replaced? -
At a minimum retightened if they are loose, I would replace myself depending on how many miles are on them.blairandgretchen Thanks this.

You have the AG200. I had it on my '98 T800 and when the bushings went bad I bought the parts and had my mechanic upgrade to AG400. I posted a thread about it somewhere. To buy the upgrade kit from KW you will first need to know what spread you have. Measure good becasue there isn't much difference between them......52" vs. 54" IIRC. I bought the wrong kit first and it wouldn't fit.
