Crete Carrier - A Year In Review - Fall 2013 Going Forward

New Kingstown. It's amazing, I got the same year and mileage Prostar that I have. Runs good to. The problem is that I don't smoke and have sleep apnea so getting rid of the smoke smell is rough. HEADACHE!

 

Rae in Deland always tried to find me one of each...a smoker truck and a non-smoker truck when I had to swap.

 

I had a choice but this was the fastest by a couple of days minimum. I need to rolll....

 

My early days over here at Poly taught me to be very expedited at truck moving...my sox and skivies are in rubbermade totes and the rest of my clothes are hung up...I can swap trucks in 3-4 hours (minus the spotless cleaning that Crete requires)

 

Yea, it's funny that 3 or 4 hours is fast, it's taken me 4 just to swap... I almost done with the swap but still gotta clean the old truck. This suckkkkkks.

 

I got a message today, I have been selected to provide feedback on the Guaranteed Detention program. They want to get me routed through Lincoln ASAP for a face to face question session about it. Rumor has it they might want to do a video with me about it. Since January 1, I have turned in detention claims 10 times and been paid anywhere from $9 to $87 on each one (except the one I disqualified myself for...). Don't look for me in any video, because I will decline that option...

 

At the Indianapolis terminator some work and a B service. Drop my trailer to head to bobtail section and run into an old friend, my first tractor Crete have me, lol. Sitting right next to it with plastic on the seat.

Hey Tucker, I drove past your "place" the other day. Didn't stay in your dirt lot though, camped out at Denny's instead.

 

I saw a Shaffer up at Dennys Sunday, about noonish.

I have a fine patch of broom sage out there.
Waiting for the excavator man to get done with the farmers and get started is killing me, but this guy is the best.
