One new driver was caught when he used his wife's urine. Got caught because it showed he's pregnant.

 

Quit talking so much; you basically told Schneider to ask you these questions.
Don't tell other companies you even talked to Schneider or they won't hire you.
Get your CDL then apply with some off the wall companies.

 

Heavy smokers can take months to get pot out of their system. I worked with enough dope heads in the oil field. Sixty plus days for some.

 

That's really taking responsibility for your actions. Throw your girlfriend out because you lost your job due to what in your eyes is something you allowed her to do. Makes sense. 😕

 

Let me guess - he didn't know his wife is pregnant? He was working for a CPM mega and the UPS guy was make regular deliveries to the house?

In my previous job I set up a drug testing program for 1,500 employees and new hires. We did ua testing. Had an applicant test positive and he explained that he had played cards with guys smoking the night before. Our drug testing physician told me the guy would have had to be in a phone booth with the other 3 guys smoking for hours in order for him to get the level of weed he had in his sample. We of course retested the sample and it came back with the same result....as we expected it would. Retesting a sample should always come back with the same result. These tests are sent out to lab certified to do drug testing using gas chromatography...which counts the number of tch molecules in the sample. This is the equipment used for DNA testing and is highly reliable. A trucking company would not have this equipment, so a new tech could not screw up this test, as that tech is not doing the testing. Does your girlfriend use edibles, and you got some unintentionally? That is the only explanation that could be plausible to me, or do you kiss your girlfriend while she is smoking and you inhale it? Somehow you got tch into your body. How??? Is she giving you a suppository of weed while you are sleeping?? You might see your personal physician and have a new hair sample taken and tested, and if it came back negative, you could challenge the chain of custody with the sample taken by sni. Basically, a new sample will confirm or deny your first sample test result.....this is the only option you have if you want save your driving career. This will be on your dime, but if you want toprove the first sample wrong, this is the way to do it.

 

If you do not like drama, get married and then move in.....and with a pot smoker....oh well. Not popular these days, but has worked rather well for many of us.

Get some self respect and quit hanging around with those that don't have any. We become who we spend time with. Then again, it is probably nice to have a fall guy...I mean woman.
