It's a challenge at times. Firmly believe, God doesn't put more on us than we can't handle. Especially the little one she keeps us on our toes.

Last night, at the dinner table. My 3rd oldest son was asked what his plans were now since high school has come to an end. I was thinking college. My son mentioned he has an appointment on Monday to talk to the Navy recruiter. His mother asked him what he wanted to do in the Navy. My son's reply was, "I want to follow in my dad's footsteps and be a Navy Seal". I slightly looked up at my wife, without being noticeable and just looked at her as I was eating. I was speechless. This kid never got a grade below an "A" throughout his 12 years of school. He's a merit scholar winner on his debate team at school. He scored higher than anyone in his school on the ACT or SAT. He took the ASVAB his junior year in high school and missed it by 2 points of making a perfect score.

When we called in to find out what was going dispatch said that they usually went to Chicago or New Jersey and not to head over before 8am, they went ahead and dispatched us to head over at 9am, drove over there this morning and hubby went in to check in and as soon as he's gone we get message that loads has been canceled, and of course driving over started his clock, called in and ask them what was going on and they said well the load got canceled and we're looking for loads to book, Northwest in a bad place to be on the weekends no loads usually going out, but we'll see what we can do. Told them this week we're low on miles last weekend sat in Calexico for a day and half waiting for them to figure something out, got 4 preplans and everyone got canceled, then sat in El Paso ended up with 1200 for last week. 2 hrs later they now have us deadheading to Reno,NV to grab load to Tobleson,AZ for Wednesday, so at least we'll finish this week with 2400 and start next week with 750
