Freymiller Bound

Yes, I drive for Freymiller. It was my "dream job" to drive here. Ever since the very first recruiting add, I've wanted to drive here. Good company. They'll treat you right, as long as you SHOW them that your a worker and an earner.

 

Why do you consider it a "dream job"? I'm in the process of getting my cdl & have been eyeing Freymiller.

 

So even if you lease a truck , it's a Forced dispatch?? For a company driver I can understand, but not for a lp.

 

I didn't say it was a dream job. I said it was MY dream job. You would have had to seen the recruiting add. It was the right add,at the right time. This is where I've always wanted to work.
Is it perfect? No. But no job is perfect.

 

If your interested, the best thing to do is call the recruiting office. That way you'll be getting straight answers.

 

I'm a driver going to start with freymiller Tuesday. I've been on the big road 11+ years. Yes you have a 30 day wait to go lease. It's their rules but what's 30 days. It's just so you can get all the bugs out before going to the big side.

 

I have 11+ years OTR I'm a million miler for prime. It's don't matter if you have 1 day OTR or 11+ years OTR. You have a 30 day wait.

 

Just curious, why you leaving Prime? That's another company I was looking at.

 

I've done it all there. Driver of the year driver of the month trainer of the year. A million miler safe and its gold. I walked in to talk to a person bout coming in house he says you have the freedom to smoke I have the freedom not to hire you. Prime is a great company for starting out I loved it there for many years. The last 3 it went down fast. I left in April of 2014 went to local gas then went back to the road. Got into it with my boss at my last job let it go. Ever since then he downgraded me with his words. Then I started looking else where. Freymiller from what I hear will run you. You will make a good living and the will respect you as a human.

 

That's funny cause during orientation a guy came in as a company driver & decided on 2nd day he wanted to lease, they allowed him to start leasing right away
