At home, days off at the moment. I Installed some LED lights on my pick up truck today.
I would've liked to have put more lights on but being that I live in a rural area and the stores here don't exactly carry a large variety or amount of stock I just got what they had and made it work. It was only $100 all up for the lights, wire, screws and connectors that I needed. I wired both sides into the one upfitter switch in the cab. Really handy having the up fitter switch option in my truck for things like this. Could've wired them into the tail lights but I wanted to be able to turn them on or off , not just have them running all the time.
I was kinda surprised that it all worked in the end considering I knocked back 8 beers whilst doing this and things kinda got a bit sloppy lol

Hope you aren't planning on taking your pickup to California. You'll get a ticket for those lights. Good thing you do have them wired separately.

Not much chance of seeing Cali with this truck, just out of interest though why do they ticket for that?

    Speaking of trucks..

just came in from working on mine..

The last of the Ready Lift is off and has been replaced (by me) with a Carli Back Country 2.0 w/Fox shocks..

I know we have some more Super Duty owners on the site, if any of you are considering lifts I can verify Carli is all that their quality is 1st rate..

Because they can? Actually, it is a part of The California Vehicle Code, aka CVC, aka THE BIBLE if you happen to be a CHP trooper.
