    No, you aren't forced dispatch when you lease ... Although, if you turn down to many loads you may as well just write your ticket to nowhere ... Sad reality, but it's true

    Yes, you have to be there 30 days before you can lease. Company drivers are forced, not LP.

    Just wondering. From what I read I don't think it has changed a lot over the years. They always treated me more than fair and I made good money. No need to be so defensive.
