Welp... I'm going to enjoy the next 3 days.

If anyone happens to be passing through Manchester, Tn... Stop by the Walmart off i24 exit 114 and knock on my door. PPD grounded me. I actually don't mind...there's a good bit of stuff within walking distance. May as well treat it like an unpaid vacation and enjoy myself.

Too much going on to make any moves like that right now. Between home life, work and love life I'm being pulled in about 16 different directions, plus some.

PPD says there's something wrong with me and it isn't the machine. They may be right, but in the past months only one thing has changed.

I'll give you 3 guesses as to what's changed and the first two don't count.

Besides... Right now I'm considering saying ####-it as a whole and go back to school. I have a hard time working efficiently with people breathing down my neck. I tend to roam, think, plot and scheme before I ever complete an action. Takes me a while to get going, but once the wheels are in motion, they don't stop.

I loved the health industry. So I'd love to go back. But it didn't pay like I needed. This does and so does the career line I linked above.

Anything from artificial limbs to...well... It's the melding of logic, creation, mechanics, creativity, and the innermost workings of the human body. :D

Things were up and down between last November and this February then it just keep dropping and work kept getting slower and slower. We're basically as slow as we can be without getting laid off at the moment. I'm just glad to be still working and at least breaking even on my bills. Lot of people were laid off in the last few months and walked away form everything. There was a lot of $80000 pick up trucks selling for $25000 , $15000 sleds going for $5000, quads, dirt bikes, jet skis, boats , campers ....all selling for whatever people could get for them to try to cover their bills and stay afloat financially.
As much as its good paying industry it's still hard work and people here like to enjoy the nice things that come with the financial rewards but some people really get deep into debt and they're the ones who it hurts the most when the bottom drops out of the work

I know. Were it just that, then I'd have no question of if I should change. I would still need to be off that infernal machine but I suspect most places would be satisfied with a doctor's note.

It's more like... I love the peace and quiet, but I can only stand so much of myself before I need to have some kind of company. (Leave it alone Otter. The kind of company you probably are thinking of isn't what I'm thinking of. :p)

That and family has always been important. My dad wasn't ever there when my brother and I needed him most. I don't hold it against him, but I vowed I would be there as much as possible for when I had kids and a family of my own.

You learn a good bit about yourself when stuck inside that cab. At least I did!
