I can still make it 2 miles down the road before it kicks into drive.

    Vilhiem Thanks this.

Go figure... IC, O/O or company?

(I may be incorrectly assuming that IC are the lease drivers.)

I might test it out today, I'm coming back from my reset. Usually I do my pretrip before moving and go near my car to load up. 125 ft isn't a lot of room....Basically almost 3 trailers length

Alright so log in pretrip, drove from Chicago yard to railyard which is only a few miles (across from burger king) and about 2 miles it detect driving. Only had 2 min of driving till I hit the gate and on duty so didn't log it....so no changes......

Yet.... idk why they doing this, go to a walmart or basically any customer yard and it will automatically detect driving inside their property....I can see lots of drivers getting ticket for having no remarks on their log

Hey everyone I found the solution to bypassing all of the regulations that SNI tries to put on the e-logs. You get a few screwdrivers, sockets and torx bits, put them where the screws and bolts are and then you put the stuff in a box and the problem is solved.

No update on my tractor at this point. Maybe it was issued only to the problem children.

I'm starting to think it's a hoax... (Kinda)

We've had lots of QC messages sent out over the past month reminding folks to log a pretrip/log a pretrip before moving.

I drove the quarter mile to my trailing unit this morning with no problems and didn't see the driving clock kick in until after at least a mile.
