Loading in Cali?

Stop going to Cali and youll never have to worry about emission laws whether they enforce or not. Simple. Headache solved

Never had any one ask for CARB#.

 

Well it's a company Truck.

I just got into a 2016 Cascadia
Before that had a 2013.
Both have DPFs and DEF.

99% of Trailers have Side skirts.
The rest have the Under tray thing.

ARB Numbers are on the left of the (Reefer) Units. Maybe on the right too not sure.
Nobody has ever asked about it.
I just delivered and picked up in Cali even.

 

I have a carb compliant truck and I still would never go to that #### state hahahaha. They hate truckers out there so I boycott them.

 

I live here, but I would never run it unless I was compliant. Take it from me, I have been in more scrapes with the law than your average driver as I am boneheaded. Northern CA have some counties that are conducive to impounding motor vehicles for what we would consider 'stupid' things. If it has something to do with being placed out of service, I would tread very carefully here in Cali. We are just as broke as every other state and will take action.

WA state is a stickler for the law as well as ID, which shares a COMPACT with WA(read as WA offenses honored in ID). OR wants their $$ if you run their state. NE can be problematic for the 6th or more driver that won't fit into the 5 space rest stops they have here... you can expect a citation. TN doesn't like you parking on their on-ramps, FL is all business. KY scares me with their technology, they were testing some x-ray that could look at your brakes to see if they were overheated and out of adjustment.

OH and TX have shaken me down for seat belt $$. It's usually on a Friday... Poker Night! Fun times. I've gotten a seat belt ticket and run 5 miles down the road and stopped again for speeding. HA! I love trucking. Can you believe I have a clean record? I used to pay the tickets, back when they separated your personal vehicle tickets and your commercial... but they don't do that anymore. I pay the attorneys now. Eh, it's still a 50/50, but I'm considered 'the house' when I get an attorney. And you know when it comes to percentages... the house always wins. Good luck. =)
