Nah, you didn't. Did that actually upset you though?
My name is John, like so many other males in my family. I started driving in April for PAM (Let me finish).
After about three months of absolute hell and barely making any money running teams, AND averaging 5000 miles per week, I left. I called up Schneider, and they got me a bus from OH (Where I got off the truck) to West Memphis, and they gave me an extra day at the hotel, free of charge.
I daresay, I've been running for Schneider about two months now, and I'm absolutely loving every single moment of it. I don't know if they're the absolute true heir of trucking, or if they're just extremely organized, but they treat me well, and I'm getting paid decently for just starting out.
Anyways, I'm a bit of a goof. I suffer from depression, and although I'm sitting in a truck all day; every day, I think it helps to just sing my ####ing lungs out. Seriously, if you see someone just singing their heart out, it's probably me.
I'm 23, and weigh a whole 115 lbs. I look 18 when I shave, and I don't exactly fit the trucker stereotype. There are plenty of those people, but I am definitely one of them.
Anyways, I really like this forum. I've been browsing it for about six months, and just recently made an account.
Drive safe. Be aware. Keep trucking.
Congratulations! You won $1!

I for one am delighted to hear from a hard working young man coming into our industry. There's already plenty of sarcastic, mean-spirited, grumpy geezers like me out here. Best, John! BTW, don't worry about the 118lbs. A few months of steam table burritos, Cinnabon, and hot dogs will set you right up.

Forgot to say, Nice Post! You're already pulling stunts, that's excellent.

I don't think you understand.
When I went to boot camp for the Marines, I only put on 10 pounds. It was gone within two weeks when I got out.
