I Used to do the same thing for Florilli Drivers when I was with Henderson back in the late 90's why. They where maybe grossing 500 a week and I was Netting 700 a Week on a BAD week. Of course it was rare I was able to as I was Never stopped long enough to stay in one place except to Sleep and empty or Load or reload.

There's standing up for yourself and then there's going out of your way to screw them. There's justice and there's vengeance.

So the moral of the story is your no knight is shining Armour

Try not to ever leave a job that you couldn't go back to. It's easier to get a job when you have a job. Give them a chance to fix things, don't just quit.

No matter how bad a trucking outfit might be, the correct way to leave is to be a men and act as grown up and move on.
It's a small world out there you never know who you are going to deal with in the futur.drvrtech77 Thanks this. -
Unfortunately some people want to act like little kids and expect to to be treated like adults....point blank you want to act like a kid, then you'll be treated as such...
Straight Stacks, Fajo, lagbrosdetmi and 1 other person Thank this. -
If he did, Knight would still hound him to come back. Knights a true example of a bottom feeder #### bag carrier that nobody wants to work for.
Somebody once pointed out on here that since Ostriches are so stupid, they have to place shiny objects at the bottom of the water trough to basically force them to drink water and not die. Well humans also are attracted to clean pretty shiny objects but have the ability to realize their getting shafted. That's why Knight offers orientation at several of their operating centers on a weekly basis.Big Don Thanks this. -
Could that be why Drivers are Attracted to Peterbilts even though the carriers that have them are more than likely going to be giving them the Shaft when it comes to Pay and such. See TMC and others
