filling an app q's

    Filling out an job app and I like to answer this correctly. My options for both these questions are "yes,no,n/a,and I don't know".
    I think yes should be right for both are am I wrong?

    "Was this job designated as a "safety sensitive function" in any DOT-regulated mode subject to alcohol and drug testing requirements as required by 49 CFR Part 40?:"


    "Were you subject to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations while employed by this employer?:"

    These question usually mean your past jobs if it deal with dot type thing. If you were a truck driver before then, yes. But if u work at a restaurant then no because u were not regulated by dot
