    Feel free to give us more information. DAC is a private company and is bound by credit laws. First thing you do is file a dispute with Hire Right and make them prove everything.

    Now if all you are talking about is an accident or something don't worry too much about it. If you abandoned a load or something unprofessional like that, you are in a world of hurt. Let us know what you did or what the report says and we can give you better advice.

    You're not a bottom feeder; we all have a run of bad luck in life; at least most of us do. Just take what you can get for now. The longer you sit without using your CDL, the harder it will become to be hired. Keep your driving experience current; doesn't matter who you drive for as long as you're driving.
