Picked up near Rochester to Spokane.
Nice light load for a change.

Little extra time so doing a reset at yard Sunday. Think they need to do something on truck anyway.

One question I had, how does holland pay? Do they pay practical or hub? If you're routed through the terminal I suppose they pay you for the routing point? And do they require you to run a predetermined route or can we run whatever route we want to?

Not sure what they call it, guess it's practical... Usually pretty close.
They give us a route and expect us to follow it.

I truly believe if there was an award for the stupidest animal in existence, deer would take the gold, silver, and bronze trophies.

I encountered a suicidal eight point buck just west of Iowa City last night. I just barely managed to get out of his way, he was inches away from hitting the tractor, but the trailer got him. Ripped off a little chunk of the trailer skirt, and ran him over with the trailer tires. I'm really glad I escaped with minimal damage and no popped tires from his antlers. image.jpeg image.jpeg But mostly, I'm glad I'm okay!

New with the company. Liking it so far. Put down some carpet and a little shelf to make more use of that space.

Dropping in GA. AND picking up going to California.

LOL you have the exact same "storage unit" I bought for my freightliner over 2 years ago, in the same spot. BTW, the DirectTV receiver will sit on top of this and can be "strapped down" with mini bungi cords to recapture that third drawer. Every cubic inch of useable storage space is valuable in trucks.
