Nightmare

I have worked for both mega and a small 10 truck company. I will take the mega over the small. Im sure there are lots of good small companies but the one I was with had old, worn out equipment and I was always in the shop. They offered no benifits. At the megas I drove new trucks and knew when I was getting home for my 34.

 

I find the best companies are in the middle under 200 trucks family owned.

 

I believe the OP is worried that on the return trip, the truck will be reported stolen.

 

I understand what he is worried about , just wanted to point out that some owners do not realize the STUPIDITY of always threatening drivers with police action to try and keep them from quitting and returning the equipment.

 

So having to pay for the hotel is the worst thing ever? Wow. Wait, why not use that credit card he gave you with your name on it?

 

I wonder if there is more to this story...

 

Why do you guys drive for some ####### OO with a spare truck?

W-2, benefits, paid holidays, minimum .48 cpm....missing one of those then you won't be getting my services.
