Starting pay question.

Do people pay that. I pay $50 a month for me. I could add my wife and kids for $200 more, but they get a better deal through her work.

 

It sounds like you're getting a pretty good deal wherever you're working. A friend of mine is paying about $800 a month for insurance for his whole family so that wipes out almost the whole paycheck just for insurance for the month.

 

Wow only .32 cpm if you get 3000 miles that's only 920$ for being out on the road I make 2x that ruffly and I'm home every night and weekends off why is OTR so cheep

 

I averaged about $1,800 a week before taxes when I worked for R&L carriers and I was home everyday running line haul back in 2007

Hence the reason OTR only lasted 3 years - and like I said, that was 12 years ago.
