just came across the news with live video, tanker rolled over close to the Clendenin exit, just above Charleston. They are reporting one lane is open on both sides because the tanker is leaking.... They say it is some liquid used in the food industry.
I-79 has a tanker roll over in WV.

They are saying one lane is closed on north and southbound side, another tanker has pulled in and they are pumping the material off.
From the video it appears the truck is laying in the median so I would say both Monfort lanes are closed. -
