New CDL - Team Matching

    I am a new CDL holder. Was reading the Schneider Jobs web site and it said that if you wanted to team drive but had no partner they would match you. Not sure what criteria they use to match folks other than maybe gender. Any feedback on how successful this is? I would like to team drive OTR and have no partner.

    Finding a good co-driver is about the hardest part of team driving. I wouldnt trust a company to do it.

    I highly suspect that when you call and ask to be matched with a team driver, the guy that called in either immediately before you or immediately after you will be deemed to be the "perfect match".
