If you want to run on pole fleet you will need to be able to run into Canada (Passport or enhanced license)

-
being originally from California,system has always had a good name on the west coast,having never worked there I am not biased towords or against them,their sister company TWT also carries a good reputation on the west coast
-
Now if they would bring the bulk/tanker fleet down south.
@Big Papaxx
If you look at older post about system some talk about micromanagement I myself haven't in countered it. Some say it's because you have to follow the routing or fuel stops.
@Tonitos if you don't hear back let me know ill give you a number to callBig Papaxx and Tonitos Thank this. -
I have never been micromanaged here. If I talk to somebody at the company (including my dispatcher) more than once a week it's an unusual week.
I can't speak to how others have been treated.
They've gotten rid of all but a couple of the cabovers. Most of the fleet is running KW T800s.
I've only seen two of their rigs that are self-loaders and I believe those have been replaced with KWs as well by now.Sneakerfix Thanks this. -
@Sneakerfix Thanks. Friday it'll be two weeks; I know they might be busy so I try to give them the benefit if the doubt.

I just started back on the 4th. I don't think I would call it micromanaging. Most of the time, the route they want you too take is the most logical one or only one. No one calls me or even sends messages over the QUALCOMM. I call in when I'm empty, but only because I usually get a quicker response by simply calling and letting them know I'm empty instead of hoping they see the empty message. I suppose it depends on the fleet you're on also as to how happy you will be. I know one of you for sure but not sure about the other guy.
Sneakerfix Thanks this.
