My buddy left Mercer recently due to personal issues on the home front. Has a 2009 Utility he wants to get rid of if anyone has CASH ...

I know, everyone wants a shiny new truck and shiny new trailer .....

    PM if interested

well I pretty much put two and two together that most of those if not all those dog houses were paid for OR the driver had absolutely no debt outside of that truck. There's no way I would be driving around a 200k doghouse an making payments on it. But before I run off on a tangent ...my name is JT an I have debt lol.
I'm like the one guy on here...I have a mortgage as well as kids I gotta put thru school. NO I don't have to be an o/o to afford my expenses, however I chose to be an o/o because company driver pay went to sh%t plus my accountant makes sure I keep ALL of my that's due to me.
    Nothing more nothing less...

yes, autos are at fault in 65-75% of car/truck crashes. However I see plenty of truck drivers going down the road texting, wearing double sided headphones jamming to their tunes, hand-held cellphones, etc.. and usually a car length or less behind a car. There's a long way to go for truckers to improve on their side too.

The other day I passed a truck from May Trucking. I swear the guy way steering with his knees and playing a guitar! Sadly he was doing a betterjob than some others do without the guitar. So, yes truck drivers do have a ways to go.

Exactly what I meant. And it's not the recruiters fault. it just flat out amazes me how so little personal responsibility people have.

Tell your friend he might want to consider a no money down no credit check lease purchase. That seems to be the only type of people looking to buy any more.

They don't let you come to orientation unless they have a trailer ready for you. Or you have your own of course.

Why would you take a truck you don't want in the first place. Technically you're still the customer so you get what you want/ or in this case what you can afford.
