I wasn't sure which Forum to use to say this but I wanted to offer my prayers for all the many drivers that were involved in pile-ups in the region. They seemed to be coming in on the hour as it continued to snow with high winds and freezing temps. My area didn't see 32 degrees all day so for those torn apart on the side of highway I will be thinking of you and say a prayer for you and your families. God Bless and God Speed!

Yeah it was I spent 1.5 on I-77 going from Richfield to Cleveland what a mess. Yuck!
-
And I gotta head up to Cincinnati tonight along I-75.

Had fun getting onto 70 from 270. Ramp was complete ice, so many cars off the edge.
-
They shut that ramp down for a while because of all that. West side, right?

Accuweather.com has a picture in its news colum of a CRST torn apart , it's good was on top of the truck. With a north American van lines sideways across interstate 70 ,

Thoughts and prayers to those in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, West Virginia, New York, and in Pennsylvania. The turnpike here was closed between Breezewood and Carlisle nearly all day yesterday for that fatal.
G13Tomcat Thanks this. -
You know how you avoid pile ups? Slowing down (What is that) and greatly increasing your following distance. Better yet, if the weather is that bad, I will park it for a day and relax in a hotel.Bwbibb Thanks this.
