That sucks man They are picky I think myself I'm leaning towards Melton if not then I'll do van
-
TMC for me and soon hopefully. I talked to them again and I'm still in they just needed some more information. Things move slow and they are selective but that is fine with me. I want a quality employer with quality employees. I work hard, rise to challenges and am a natural leader. I'm hoping those qualities mesh with this company as well as I think they will.

Yeah I believe I'm kinda liking them myself for the same reasons I've worked hard my whole life from factory to construction and so on I don't mind working hard it makes you feel better at the end of the day when you starting 28th them
-
I start with them on the 25th of this month
-
I'm thinking that's when I'll start talked to them earlier they done had all my stuff verified and cleared are you experienced or fresh out of school
-
What are you wanting in the way of hometime? That could be a deciding factor between the two as I believe Melton wants you to stay out a little bit longer.
-
Actually iam starting tmc cdl program on the 25th. Pretty sweet gig if i do say so. Its 3wks long. So i do orientation while doing the cdl portion. So really i only add one extra week on
Because there training is already 2 weeks long as it is so iam just adding on a week. Then out with the trainer. -
That's true I think it's like 12 out 2 home with Melton but they do have apu which is a factor and I haven't heard much bad about them like I said I have pre hires for both just want more info before deciding I got a couple months experience on van local do you have any info
-
Oh ok I see I would justhave the two weeks and them trainer done got a CDL just not much experience only a couple months local van which I hated
