I understand about staying away from CH.
Can you throw a couple good brokerages, that you know of his way to call so he can make some good money?

Business that don't plan don't last. Researching loads, lanes, rates should have been done before you are sitting in your new idling truck with no place to go.

You can't learn a lot about the business until you really get out there in the trucking world. You can gather little bits and pieces but the details that matter won't make themselves known on a computer sitting at the kitchen table. Especially concerning rates and markets and lanes that change from month to month.

Imma new driver fresh out of school. I just bought a 2001 Peterbilt 379 with a fresh overhaul and a 2004 utility reefer with 8000 hours on the unit. I'm looking at getting my own authority now and currently looking for brokers. I'm out of Maryland but willing to run anywhere. Could you PM me as I'm new to the site with your families info and if she has Any operating lanes near me. Thanks in advance

Thanks for the info. Went in another direction and got a 2014 utility dryvan instead of the reefer. Now I need dry freight brokers
