I have a 2006 International 8600. I replaced leveling valve and air governor, plus by-passed air dryer and my air pressure builds to 90 lbs and drops to 60. It won't let the air bags fill up. Please help...

I had this problem on a trailer. The solenoid that releases the air for the bags had to be replaced.

Your air governor is connected to your dryer so it knows when to open and close. Without air to the dryer, the governor has no return air pressure to gauge how to operate. Plus w/o a dryer you will have tons of moisture in the air system. And especially this time of year, that's bad

The pressure is retuining to the governor. I had this problem befor I did any work to it.. The air won't go past 90

Have you considered it may be a bad compressor?
-
But why would the air pressure be back feeding through the governor?
-
If it is dropping back to 60 sounds like a air leak
