-
This stupid phone. Lol
Didn't mean to type that age questionPGALLC Thanks this. -
Yea. That was one of the first questions I asked before coming here.
Your recruiter will be Able to answer a lot of the questions u may think you can only get answers if u were actually hired.PGALLC Thanks this. -
that awesome if it is like that, i read somewhere here that they want you on the road atleast for 2-3 weeks ?
and what range per mile should i aim for, about? for all the miles will i get atleast $2 per mile
thank you -
Thats incorrect.
U can drive one day a week if u feel free lol. However your insurance an "bills" don't stop just because you're sitting at home. So keep that in mind. -
i know
can you tell me about pay per miles i know everytime is diffrent +- but an average where should i aim ?
-
Pay per mile varies.
What I make may not be suitable for you an vice versa. I see you have your own authority so I'm certain you know the average rates an what you need to make to have a profit an not be hauling for gas money.PGALLC Thanks this. -
ya, its just since there is alot more work then hauling VAN Trailer, i haul VAN i get $1.60 per mile for all the miles plus i dont pay %, sometimes i do quick pay if i really need to %1.5-3% .... i know its not much that why i want to go to step deck or car hauling .... When you said they give you the trailer, what about all the staff for it like chains/tarms/straps .... ?

Since we all run different, not a single person here can give you an average. Someone that runs 1000 mile trips is not going to get the same PPM as someone that does 50 mile trips. Some only want/need to gross 1k a week while others need 5k. So no it is impossible to give an average either.
Trying to make a move from van to flats might be a little mistimed too. We are in lean times. Trying to jump into a new market might not be very wise. And why a tri axel 53' step? From van to that setup leaves a lot to wonder.
It's obvious enough that you haven't read the thread. OK but did you really try?Truckin_Texas91411 Thanks this.
